1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Global Grapplers, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on GlobalGrapplers are provided on an 'as is' basis. Global Grapplers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Global Grapplers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on GlobalGrapplers could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Global Grapplers does not warrant that any of the materials on GlobalGrapplers are accurate, complete, or current.

6. Liability & Insurance Disclaimer

By using this platform and participating in any activity, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Platform Not Liable: Global Grapplers is a technology platform that connects coaches, clubs, and participants. The platform does not supervise, direct, or control any physical training or activity. Global Grapplers, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, illness, disability, death, loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from participation in any session, class, event, or activity booked or discovered through this platform.
• Coach Not Liable: Individual coaches listed on Global Grapplers are independent professionals. While coaches are expected to conduct sessions responsibly and within their stated qualifications, they shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, or harm sustained by a participant during or as a result of a training session, unless caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the coach.
• Club Not Liable: Clubs and training facilities listed on Global Grapplers are independent entities. The club, its owners, staff, and instructors shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or harm that occurs on their premises or during club-organised activities, except where directly attributable to a failure to maintain a reasonably safe environment as required by applicable law.
• Insurance Responsibility: Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own personal accident and sports activity insurance prior to engaging in any training, session, or event. Global Grapplers does not provide insurance coverage of any kind to participants, coaches, or clubs. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure they are adequately insured for the activities they undertake.
• Medical Fitness: By booking or attending any session or event, participants confirm that they are in suitable physical health to participate and have consulted a qualified medical professional if they have any pre-existing medical conditions. Global Grapplers, coaches, and clubs are not responsible for any health complications arising from participation.
• Assumption of Risk: Martial arts and combat sports carry inherent risks including but not limited to physical contact, falls, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. By using this platform, you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in these activities.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
